Wine and Cheese Pairing Class
Wednesday, Jan. 14 | 6 p.m.
LDV Winery General Manager Peggy Fiandaca leads guests through a wine-and-cheese pairing experience, with tips including how to choose the perfect pairings. Guests will enjoy four wines, each paired with two gourmet cheeses and charcuterie. The cost for this event is $59.87, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Beyond this course, personalized wine and cheese pairing experiences can be arranged for groups of more than four guests. Call 480-664-4822 to make a reservation for the class or another time for private classes.
Pour Your Own Epoxy Class
Wednesday, Jan. 28 | 6 to 8 p.m.
Guests can join an engaging and informative hands-on workshop to craft their own epoxy charcuterie board or lazy susan. The cost for this event ranges from $144++ to $199++. The price is based on the chosen project piece and whether couples choose to do a joint or individual project. Materials, tutorial and one glass of LDV wine are included. After the class, each project undergoes a meticulous finishing process, which typically takes about six weeks. Epoxy projects must sit and fully cure for approximately one week before the finishing process can begin. The overall timeline is dependent on class size and shipping processes. Projects will be safely shipped to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. To register or for more information, visit https://pouryourownepoxy.com/.
