Ok, we have a website created to help organize our reunion. The date is February 22nd. The site has the details, but the location is at the Knotting Hill Place on the north side of Lake Lewisville.
You can purchase tickets via the site. They are $80.47 each via the site. We will update the site this week with details about the amenities (food, band, cash bar, etc), but it is Texas/OU week, and I'll be out until next week...
IMPORTANT: The site has a section called "Classmates." It allows you to upload a photo (you choose current/past) and a link to facebook, if you wish. I have added a few samples to get it going. Please add your info so people are ahead of the game about what's been going on and will recognize you. That way we don't spend so much time asking the same ole reunion questions...
Also, if anyone has suggestions for the page, please send it along. We can add/remove/etc whatever we want.
There is a "Memories" page for anyone that wants to add some stories from back in the day. Please add some stuff to help make this reunion a great one.
Oh, I also added a "Memorial" page to share information about classmates/teachers that are no longer with us. If you have info to share, please pass it along. I gathered much of the information on this page from public obituaries.
I believe the reunion is open to neighboring classes and people from Trinity too. Per Brian, we need to get at least 200 tickets to avoid a costly mistake with the folks at Knotting Hill Place. So, please invite anyone not on this page!
Also, I believe there is a nearby hotel we are working to get a discounted book of rooms for those that are interested. I will add a separate post about it and add it to the website.
