Are you ready to hit the ground running in your new job? Join this informative session to prepare yourself for a powerful start:

Learn how to get ready before Day 1 with a strategic skills checklist and mindset preparation.
Discover practical steps to navigate your new role to make a positive first impression, build strong relationships, and understand team dynamics.
Receive guidance on creating a targeted 30/60/90‑day action plan that will help you make an early impact.

By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped with the confidence, clarity, and tools to thrive from the moment you walk through the door on Day 1.

, Graduate Futures Careers Consultant: Leveraging over 30 years of experience as a Buyer, Headhunter and now Consultant, Melanie has worked with a number of brands including Christian Louboutin, Vivienne Westwood, AllSaints, Threads Styling and Sweaty Betty on projects relating to talent acquisition and executive search. Passionate about helping to build both brands and careers through putting the right people, in the right place at the right time she continues to use her industry expertise to coach and inspire the next generation looking to pursue careers in fashion.
