LCC - AGM and Year-end celebration

Join us for the London Cycling Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 26 at 6:00 PM at the Springbank Gardens Complex. The AGM is a key opportunity for members to help shape the future of our club, celebrate our achievements, and recognize standout riders.

Event Schedule:

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: AGM - Club Business & Elections

Participate in essential club discussions, vote on important matters, and hear about our vision for the upcoming season.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Awards & Social

Celebrate the season and recognize fellow cyclists with our annual awards ceremony. Light refreshments, charcuterie featuring local meats and cheeses, and wine will be provided by London Bicycle Cafe.

Important Action Items:

RSVP here to confirm your attendance. If you’re unable to attend, is crucial to help us reach quorum, allowing club business to proceed smoothly. Proxy forms ensure your vote is counted.

Submit Award Nominations: Nominate a fellow rider for a club award before November 11 (link to nomination form).

Why Attend?
Your presence and participation are essential to the club’s success. The AGM is our chance to hear your thoughts and ideas, as well as to elect new board members who will help guide the London Cycling Club into 2025. We’re also looking for new board members!
