**LB Boogie/F4L Edition: March 7th & 8th, 2025
We're excited to announce the first-ever LB Boogie, coming to DeLand, Florida for its Fly4Life Edition! A huge thank you to our skydiving community—this event is free for all participants! More details below.
Boogie Format:
• 2-day event: March 7th & 8th.
• The F4L team and special invited LOs will be on hand to organize different disciplines and skill levels throughout the weekend. You’ll have the chance to pick a discipline (or multiple) and jump with a designated organizer. Boogie style!
• Organizers will rotate between disciplines over the two days.
• All participants will receive goodies and a one-day pass for the PIA Symposium (March 10th-14th) in Daytona Beach.
• LB Altimeters devices will be raffled off on Friday and Saturday night.
• Saturday night party: music, food, and drinks!
Minimum Requirements:
• As this is a smaller-scale boogie, you’ll need to have basic skills to safely fly (i.e., hold a quadrant for Angles—belly or back—and hold levels for Freefly—head up or head down) in groups of at least 5. This ensures you'll be able to jump with an LO for most of your jumps.
• AADs are mandatory for all participants.
To Register:
• Registration opens January 3rd, 2025 at 2PM EST. There are only 60 spots available, so don’t miss out!
• While the event is free, we’re charging a $290 registration fee, which will go directly onto your Skydive DeLand jump account (equivalent to 10 jump tickets). This is to avoid no-shows.
• To register, fill out the registration form. The first 60 people to submit the form will receive a payment link. Everyone else will be added to the waiting list.
• After receiving the payment link, you’ll have 3 days to make the payment. If payment is not received within 3 days, your spot will go to the next person on the waiting list.
• No-shows will not receive a refund, and will not have the money accessible at their Skydive Deland jump account. The money will be available once you check in with us at the LB tent at the beginning of the event.
• If weather conditions prevent us from doing 10 or more jumps during the event, your remaining balance from registration will be available on your Skydive DeLand account for you to use.
