• Avocado smash: Avocado smash with feta, mint, chilli and poached eggs on rustic seeded toast.
• Eggs Benedict, Royale or Florentine: Choose your preferred style from the classic brunch favourites.
• Shakshouka: Red peppers, red onions and garlic in a rich, lightly spiced tomato sauce with two poached eggs and feta. Topped with roasted chickpeas and served with toast. Vegan option available with tofu and vegan feta.
• French toast: Brioche bread served with either smoked streaky bacon and maple syrup, or fruit compote, fresh fruit and Greek or vegan yoghurt.
• Mini English: Butcher’s sausage, poached egg, smoked streaky bacon, baked beans, roasted vine tomato and toast.
• Yoghurt and granola: Greek yoghurt with crunchy granola, homemade berry compote and fruit.
• Toasted ciabattas: Choose from BLT, HLT, vegan sandwich or chicken avocado. Also available in white bloomer or granary.
