BOX OFFICE CLOSES AT 3AM - Our box office closes 1 hour prior to the end of the show. Please plan accordingly. Once closed, there are no exceptions and refunds will not be issued to late arriving guests. Our venue also has a "no re-entry" policy, which means once you enter, you cannot leave and re-enter.

We do not tolerate discrimination based on disabilities, gender, sexual orientation, age, race, or religion. Anybody found harassing other guests, or staff, will be escorted from the venue.

Avant Gardner is not responsible for personal property left in coat pockets, luggage, carryalls or any other checked item. Including, but not limited to, electronics, wallets, cash, credit cards, jewelry, glasses, etc.

All events may contain flashing lights & strobe effects that affect photosensitive individuals. General Admission and VIP are standing room only.

Upon arrival, link your credit card to your wristband or top up your wristband with cash.

Topping up with cash? Balances are provided after every purchase or at a Top Up station located at the box office or guest relations.

If you have a remaining balance at the end of the event, reclaim your balance at the box office or guest relations before exiting the venue. ATMs are available on-site for cash top ups.
