Healing is not easy.In 2021, I made a decision—I was tired of waking up every day feeling broken. That’s when my healing started.
I cried every single day for months. But if you saw me, you would’ve never known. I smiled, I laughed, I showed up for everybody—with a soul that was falling apart.
Becoming a Life Coach wasn’t a business move. It was personal. I needed to become the woman I wish I had. Now I help women who feel like I once did. Women who are ready to stop pretending, stop surviving, and finally start healing.
This was never about money. I didn’t wake up thinking, “Let me start a business.”
I woke up thinking, “There has to be other women like me… and I want to help.”
That’s what these workshops are about.
No judgment. No pressure. Just come as you are.
I don’t care how you show up—just show up.
My first workshop is FREE because I know how hard it is to take that first step.
We all deserve a space to take the mask off.
