A weekend to move some layers. Layers of the 4 dimensions of embodiment: physical, mental, emotional and soul layers. This brings about more cohesion and innate power to navigate a changing world. It can take some time to reclaim and yet you are being called home; home in your body
We will do some archeological digging in our dances. To drop deep into our internal world, ancestry and DNA to reclaim or reintegrate layers hidden. Shadow work calls, to learn about things we didn’t know, we didn’t know. A depth process to unearth what we couldn’t see.
And to release congestion of old emotions not processed and memories not digested, while in a really resourced space. For if you don’t create room in all these layers the pressure is going to get to you. The only sustainable way to get through it, is to move toward and with it. We will go in a way and at a pace we can honor our history and make room for the future. You’ll gain some tools to take home, work with on future dance floors and in life. It’s time to integrate more of who you are.

Sun. 1pm-5pm*
