⭐ A very 'beginner friendly,' 'Boro' stitching session. Create something beautiful to take home with you. Using body mind and spirit 'mindful prompt' cards, this session will help you consider and reflect on what you need to 'layer' into your winter season to support you...body mind and spirit.
