🏕️ LawCoKids Camp Out 2026Join us for a fun-filled weekend of family camping at David Crockett State Park (Scout Camp area)! We can’t wait to gather together for two nights of tents, friendship, learning, and outdoor adventure.
📅 Dates
May 1–3, 2026
(Friday evening through Sunday morning)
💲 Cost
• $15 per adult
• $10 per child
Cost includes:
✔️ Two nights of tent camping
✔️ Dinner (Friday & Saturday)
✔️ Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
✔️ Ranger-led activities
✔️ Group snacks (parents should still bring snacks for their own kids)
⚠️ Please note: This is a two-night camp out.
While you are welcome to leave early, we are not offering discounted rates for one night only.
🌲 What We’ll Be Doing
We’re excited to partner with the park rangers for some hands-on learning and adventure!
• 🏕️ Camping 101 Class – Learn camping basics from the Rangers including set-up and fire building
• 🌙 Night Hike – Identify spider eyes and attempt to call an owl
• 🥾 Scavenger Hunt Hike
• 💧 Creek Exploration & Identification
This will be a weekend of learning, exploring, and making sweet memories together as families.
👨👩👧👦 Who Can Attend?
• All ages welcome
• No age restrictions
• Families will bring their own tents, and we will all camp together at the same site (Scout Camp across from Shelter 7 in the park)
Spots are limited due to campsite capacity at this area, so be sure to register early!
