Older people may experience a range of legal problems including Enduring Powers of Attorney, elder abuse, and problematic financial arrangements with family members, which can increase their vulnerability.

• How to respond to abuse and mistreatment of older people
• How planning ahead through Enduring Powers of Attorney and similar documents can prevent the abuse and mistreatment of older people
• How Legal Aid ACT can assist older people experiencing abuse and mistreatment
