Lavender Lounge: Self-Love Edition

This is your invitation to remember yourself through love: join us in a safe space to slow your breath, turn inward, and be held in the heart of community.

🧘🏽‍♀️Together, we'll flow slowly through gentle yoga + somatic movement, breathe deeply, and settle into a space where self-love feels natural, unforced, and enough.

💐 The evening will include a sacred flower ritual called A Bloom for Nina, inspired by love, poetry, and presence. Guests will create a small, personal bouquet of flowers, a tactile moment to reflect, set intentions, and celebrate self-love.

🍓 To close out the evening, guests will be invited to enjoy light refreshments and a sweet moment of indulgence.

What to Know:

• All are welcome to this wellness event. You'll be guided by a 200-HR registered yoga instructor who will support you throughout the experience.
• We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat; limited loaners will be available.
• Water and helpful props will be provided to support your practice. Please feel free to bring any additional items that may add to your comfort (blanket, knee petals, etc.)
• Dress comfortably in clothing that supports free movement.
• This is an adult event for participants 21+.
• Lavender Lounge: Self-Love Edition will be held at Ginger's Roots, a beautiful herbal shop in Laurel, Maryland. The shop will be open for your holistic shopping needs after the event!
