Join Jen Berres from Jenstar Movement Studio for a special Vinyasa Yoga class with live acoustic guitar in the lavender field at Glen Innish Farm. This class will offer a balanced blend of energizing movement and mindful slowing down—inviting you to connect with your breath, your body, and the peaceful beauty of nature all around you.
Live music will be provided by Vicki McVey.
There’s something especially tranquil about practicing yoga surrounded by rows of lavender, fields of green, and open sky. After class, stay and soak in the serenity of the farm with a lavender lemonade, enjoy the sunset, or take a little time to browse the gift shop.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Spots are limited to preserve the serene setting. Pre-registration is encouraged for $20, or pay $25 at the door.
