Thorsdal Trio er en ung ny og spirende trio på den danske jazzscene. Med inspiration fra den nordiske jazztradition fusionerer trioen de nordiske toner med moderne ideer, hvor egne kompositioner smelter sammen med smagfulde fortolkninger af udvalgte sange. Trioen skaber et klangfuldt og dynamisk univers, hvor klaverets lyriske klang møder kontrabassens varme fundament og trommernes legende rytmer.

Thorsdal Trio is a young, emerging trio on the Danish jazz scene. Drawing inspiration from the Nordic jazz tradition, the trio fuses Nordic tones with modern ideas, where original compositions blend with tasteful interpretations of selected songs. The trio creates a rich and dynamic sonic universe, where the piano’s lyrical sound meets the warm foundation of the double bass and the playful rhythms of the drums.
