Learn from a grass-based dairy farm about small-scale dairy production and cheesemaking.
About this Event

is a grass based sustainable producer of Jersey milk that we craft into small batches of farmstead cheese. The Nolan family specializes in naturally aged raw milk cheese in addition to making several pasteurized specialty cheeses.

They sell their dairy products atthe Athens Farmers Market and to several retail locations and restaurants in Columbus, Athens, Huntington and Gallia County. They have been a family-owned farm since 1947. In the early 2000s the dairy farm expanded into cheesemaking and converted an existing pole barn to a state licensed cheesemaking facility. Come learn how the Nolan family does it all!
