From poetic storytellers to rock ’n’ roll trailblazers, Laurel Canyon Legacy’s “The Ladies of the Canyon” celebrates the women who defined a generation and reshaped the sound of the ‘60s and ‘70s.Join Laurel Canyon Legacy for an evening honoring Joni Mitchell, Linda Ronstadt, Stevie Nicks, Michelle Phillips, Cass Elliot, and Carole King — the voices and visionaries whose songs captured freedom, love, heartbreak, and rebellion.
Through stunning harmonies and engaging storytelling, The Ladies of the Canyon brings their timeless music and stories to life — from “California Dreamin’” to “Blue Bayou,” “Dreams,” “It’s Too Late,” and beyond.
Laurel Canyon Legacy celebrates the explosion of popular music that came out of L.A.’s Laurel Canyon in the mid-60s and 70s, when folk met rock and gave birth to some of the most iconic songs ever written. With lush harmonies and authentic arrangements, the bands well loved performances bring to life the music of Carole King, Mamas and Papas, Joni Mitchell,The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and many more.
