Calling all dog lovers! Join Laura G for a bodyweight + banded 45 minute full body workout, followed by playtime with Muttville Senior Dog Rescue's residents. We will be giving away goodie bags for all attendees in partnership with Olipop and LMNT, as well as raffling off an outfit with lululemon! Tickets are $30 - all proceeds go directly to support the senior mutts.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Street parking will be readily available.
