In this interactive masterclass, Kids, Parents, and Teens, will learn how to turn ideas into real-world businesses—without pressure, overwhelm, or complicated startup jargon.

Led by business mentor and profit strategist Dr Asha Mankowska JD, this session is designed to empower young visionaries to think independently, act ethically, and build income-generating ideas now, not “someday.”

In this session, teens will learn:

✨ How to spot business ideas hiding in everyday problems

✨ A simple 3-step framework to test and launch a first business

✨ How to build confidence, ownership, and leadership early

This is not a lecture—it’s an experience.

Students will participate in a rapid idea-generation activity and leave with at least one clear business idea they can explore immediately.
