Launch of the Colwick Woods Audio Guide

Over the last 18 months we have been working with a wide range of community groups and individuals to gather together the social and ecological history of Nottingham's largest nature reserve and most iconic green space.
The Colwick Woods Audio Guide, featuring fifteen different voices and storytellers, gathers this together to lead the listener on a two hour walk through the woods, bringing the rich and varied history of this wonderful place to life.
This event will launch the guide and how it can be used (for free), alongside live storytelling, information about the project, details on how you can get involved in volunteering work on the site, and some rather magnificent cakes.
This event, and the project as a whole, has been funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
