I’m so excited to be launching my brand-new dance fitness class… and even more excited to be back teaching fitness again! ❤️
I’ve genuinely missed the energy, the music, and seeing everyone leave class smiling, so I wanted to create something that’s fun, welcoming and suitable for everyone.

You don’t need to be a dancer or super fit to join in. Every routine can be adapted, so whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to exercise or already active, you’ll feel right at home.
