New Small Business Loan Program Now Open! Learn how to access new funding to start or grow your business!
The Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Eau Claire, has launched the Launch & Grow Eau Claire loan program to help small business owners and entrepreneurs who have historically faced barriers to traditional financing.
Loan options include
- Micro Business Loan up to $10,000
- Small Business Growth Loan up to $25,000
- Fixed 4% interest rate
- No prepayment penalties
- Fast review and funding process

Eligibility
- Business must be located within the City of Eau Claire and have annual revenue under $250,000.
