About this Event

Join cultural practitioner and weaving artist Leialoha Mahuka to learn how to weave beautiful lauhala anthuriums using traditionally prepared lauhala. All materials are harvested and prepped by Leialoha and provided for you. This hands-on cultural workshop welcomes all skill levels and offers a meaningful way to experience Hawaiian culture through authentic practice. Funded by the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority’s Kūkulu Ola Program to help perpetuate and share Hawaiian cultural knowledge.
