Join Carin Kolerski, a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher of 10 years, to experience the fun, interactive worldwide practice of Laughter Yoga Wellness. Mind, body and spirit are engaged as participants combine laughter exercises with yoga breath, gentle stretching, childlike playfulness and positivity. All to experience stress relief, joy, wellbeing and connection. As unconditional laughter awakens within you, it soon becomes real and contagious laughter. No yoga experience needed.
