We'll kick things off with some fun laughter and breathing exercises for 30 minutes, and after that, you're welcome to stick around and chat or head out whenever you'd like! No need to be an expert—just bring your sense of humor, an open mind, and a readiness to connect with others in the most joyful way possible!
