We had a fantastic time at a Laughter Yoga session at the Greentownship Senior Center. What a wonderful group-full of energy, laughter, and open hearts. Together we stretched, breathed and laughed our way in a childish way (sometimes) to a healthier day, proving once again that laughter truly is the best medicine!Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a joyful experience! Join us on October 1st at 1:30pm for the fun!! Free of charge to Greentownship Senior Center members. Registration necessary.
