As the holiday rush swirls, Midtown Arthouse invites the community to pause, breathe, and reconnect during Destress December. This month’s Laughter & Gratitude Circle is a gentle, joy-filled experience designed to help participants reset their energy and rediscover their inner calm.
The circle will be facilitated by Joanne Morton, a Positive Energy Artist, visionary creator, and certified Laughter Yoga teacher. Joanne blends creativity, mindfulness, and community connection to help people shift from stress to clarity. Her unique approach weaves together Magic Passion Love, gratitude practices, and laughter to elevate the mood of any room she’s in.
During this session, participants will experience:
- Gentle, uplifting Laughter Yoga
- A guided Gratitude practice
- A simple creative intention-setting moment
- Supportive community connection
This gathering is open to all — no prior experience needed. Attendees will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and wrapped in a renewed sense of Magic Passion Love to carry them through the season.
