Mixology Class at The Silk Route

Brendan will guide guests through the history of the spirits used, tasting notes, and why the flavors work together. Guests, each with their own station, will then craft the cocktails right along side him with the fresh ingredients provided. There will be music, prizes for paying attention, and some delicious bites from The Silk Route. Bring a friend or come solo and meet new people. Stay for dinner as they open to the public after the class.
