We’ll start with Joyful Exercises (think: playful movement, deep breaths, and belly laughs) to loosen things up and shift you out of stress mode. No yoga poses, no performance—just accessible, lighthearted practices designed to help you shake off the weight of the week.
From there, you’ll melt into a restorative sound journey—a full-body experience featuring crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and more. Jen weaves these rich tones together to help your mind quiet, your body unwind, and your energy reset.
This isn’t just a feel-good hour. It’s a full-spectrum recalibration.
