Want more joy, fun and laughter in your life?Come and join me for a 'Laugh Whakatane' class, the first Sunday of each month, where you are given the opportunity to laugh for no reason.
These classes typically involve movement with laughter, because emotion is energy in motion.
After the movement sequence, we give laughter meditation a go, sitting then lying.
Finally, to calm the system, we lay for a guided relaxation. (You may like your yoga mat for this, if you don't want to be relaxing on the floor.) (You may like a blanket too, if you think you will cool down quickly, after heating the body with laughter.)
Please remember your water bottle.
