Immerse yourself in a tranquil setting for a truly restorative experience. The day begins with a cacao and despacho ceremony, followed by a breathwork practice. We will then transition into a synthesised practice of yin yoga with therapeutic sound.
Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch and take some free time to explore the beautiful grounds at your leisure. In the afternoon, we’ll continue with restorative yoga. The day then concludes with afternoon tea and a deeply soothing sound ceremony.
