Brandon Gaydorus, Co-Host / Speaker
Brandon is a 5x Author and Founded Warm Heart Life. He's passionate about bringing personal development to his town of Stamford, CT, through events like A to B Con (2022-25), TEDxStamford (2024-25), Map Your Way to Financial Freedom (2021), and a combination of both In-Person and Virtual Speaker Schools. After being the youngest voted on Golf Digest's Top 50 Trainers in America List in 2019-20. Brandon decided to shift his focus from Fitness to Personal Development with the intention of growing with as many people as possible. Through his speaking schools, mentorship programs, comedy shows, and guest speaking engagements, Brandon has completed over 300 speaking gigs!
Camila Medina, Co-Host / Speaker
María Camila Medina is a Colombian-born marketing specialist, entrepreneur, and the founder of MCM Marketing Firm, a bilingual digital marketing agency based in Connecticut. After immigrating from Cali, Colombia to the United States in 2012, she earned her degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).

In 2023, Camila launched MCM Marketing Firm to help businesses grow through modern strategy, storytelling, and community-centered growth. She’s also the host of the Five Stars Podcast, where she uplifts entrepreneurs to lead with authenticity and purpose.

Currently crowned Reina Latina 2025, Camila proudly uses her platform to represent and advocate for immigrants in Connecticut. As co-host of Latino Business Night, she joins her mentor Brandon Gaydorus of Warm Heart Life to celebrate Latino entrepreneurship, leadership, and cultural unity.

Giovanny has over 12 years of experience coaching entry and mid-level professionals to advance their careers. His proven methods have helped countless clients excel in interviews, with a special emphasis on building unique connections to gain a competitive edge.

Known for his transformational coaching style, Giovanny empowers individuals to build confidence and achieve work-life fulfillment. He brings a wealth of professional expertise, having held roles in retail, business, and finance operations within 10 companies across CT and NY. Currently, he serves as Assistant Vice President of Closings at Fifth Season Investments LLC, an alternative investment firm.

A graduate with honors in Business Administration (Marketing and Management), Giovanny blends his corporate experience and passion for personal development to tailor his advice to each client. Beyond his coaching and professional work, he is a motivational speaker, communications expert, and community collaborator, driven by a deep belief in the human spirit and its power to inspire societal change.
