All Passes are upgradable on the door to Full Festival Pass, Two Night Party Pass, Three Parties Pass or other package deals, simply by paying the door rates difference (CASH ONLY on the door).

Passes are not refundable but fully transferable, so if for some unfortunate reason you can't make it in the end, you can always pass your Passes or Deposits to somebody else and the price will be much cheaper than what they will be on the door. If we have to cancel due to changing government guidelines or other reasons, we will offer refunds or option to transfer passes to next LatinMotion Festival in 2025 (dates to be announced).

Please NOTE - we DO NOT send out paper tickets for online transactions, just bring the email confirmation with you with you for Check-in / Registration, so that we can match your details (as they appear on the transaction) to issue you with your Pass / Wristband at the Event Registration Desk.
