About this Event
Latin Percussion Family Jam
Sunday, November 1, 2pm-3pm at Third Street Music School
The entire family is invited to experience Latin Percussion in all its forms and learn from the best! Woodwind player and percussion teacher Martin Vejarano will introduce you to the world of Latin Percussion.
Latin percussion instruments have been featured in thousands of the world's most famous, chart-topping recordings from classic salsa to classic rock. Join us for a music student jam, where participants will get introduced to the Congas, Maracas, Timbales, Claves, and more!
No percussion experience necessary, and percussion instruments will be provided.
This is an opportunity to explore the sounds, rhythms, and instruments from two of the best music teachers and music makers at Third Street.
Open to all ages and abilities.
No experience necessary.
