La Vida began as Latin Dance Kingston, and our passion for Latin dance is still at the
heart of what we do. All classes are held in our upper-level dance studio, where
we teach the most popular Latin styles: Salsa and Bachata.
Our focus is on fun and social dancing. We teach solid fundamentals to get you moving confidently on the dance floor, and we create an encouraging space where every class feels like the best night of your week.
Our lead instructor, Alexei, brings over 20 years of dance and teaching experience to every class. Most Fridays, we host a Latin Dance Social — a fun, welcoming space to practice what you've learned and connect with others. These socials are included with your registration.
