Join us for an energetic Latin Dance Fusion class! We'll cover a range of styles, from uptempo Latin jazz to sensual meditative movements. Learn functional dance skills, Latin dance & Rhythm drills, solid basics. Somatically-based floor work, footwork, and balance exercises.
Come dressed to move, and bring dance sneakers or Latin heels with a soft sole if you have them!
