Instruments used may include: Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, flutes, bells, and the human voice.
Space is limited! Registration required.

Please bring comfort items to lie on the concrete floor: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye cover, etcetera. To respect our time together, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.
Participants are requested to refrain from wearing all forms of fragrance including body spray, perfume, essential oils, and scented lotion.
