Latin Beats: Silent Disco Latin Dance Classes at Washington Park

Join us this season at Wash Park for a silent disco Latin dance series filled with music, fresh air, and great energy.

Never danced before or already into it? Either way, this is your chance to try something new, meet good people, and enjoy a fun time outdoors.

🌳 All sessions take place in a shaded area, so you can stay cool, comfortable, and fully enjoy the experience.

🌇 Imagine dancing at sunset, under the trees, headphones on, Latin music in your ears, and a crowd moving together under the Denver sky.

💛 Most people attending are beginners, so if it’s your first time dancing, you’ll fit right in.

Each session features a different style including salsa, bachata, merengue, kizomba, and occasional Babychata.

We guide you step by step in a fun, relaxed way.

After the class, we open the floor for practice and social dancing.

This is where everything clicks, relax, enjoy the music, connect, and build confidence.

Each participant receives wireless LED headphones, so you hear the instructor and music clearly while the park stays peaceful around us. It's one of the things that makes this event feel so special.

Enter at E Kentucky Ave & S Downing St, then head toward the sports field and look for the Altitude Beats Silent Disco flag.

Our first sessions filled up quickly, so we recommend reserving your spot early if you see a date that works for you.

In addition to our classes, we also host Community Silent Socials twice a month. These casual outdoor practice sessions are designed for dancing, meeting people, and enjoying the music in a fun, welcoming setting.

Perfect for beginners, solo attendees, and anyone who wants extra practice between classes.

We’ll be playing the biggest hits and favorite Latin dance songs so you can practice, have fun, and enjoy music you already know and love.

RSVP required. Please arrive early, be respectful to others and the park, handle headphones with care, and return them at the end of the session.

Because this is an outdoor experience, sessions are weather dependent.

If rain or unsafe conditions occur, attendees will be notified by email at least 2 hours before the event.

If canceled, you can transfer your ticket to a future class.

Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
