📍 Sunday, Late Summer Migration – Golden Hour & Beyond
PART ONE — SUNDERBRUCH PARK
📅 5:30 PM | 📌 4675 Telegraph Road, Davenport, IA
🅿️ Meet in the main parking lot near the picnic shelters.
As daylight softens, join us for a golden-hour walk through Sunderbruch Park’s lush, varied habitats—alive with late-summer colors and the songs of migrating birds. Expect awe, curiosity, and camaraderie with fellow nature lovers.
PART TWO — FAIRMOUNT CEMETERY
📅 ~6:30 PM, Following the First Walk
📌 3902 Rockingham Road, Davenport, IA
We’ll transition into a peaceful stroll through Fairmount Cemetery—quiet paths, settling birds, and the soft unfolding of evening. A tranquil close to a bird-filled day.
📊 Observations from both walks will be added to eBird to support migrational data tracking—every sighting counts.
🧤 Binoculars optional but encouraged
📷 Photography welcome—please be respectful
