Join us when we once again transform our main hall in Absalon into one big yoga studio as the sun sets outside. Our yogis Lisbeth Moseholm and Natasha B will lead us through a smooth yoga flow to the sound of cosmic sound waves, techno and more. Late night yoga with music is happening 4 Tuesdays during summer with changing themes. Join one or all, but don’t miss it. All sessions will be guided in English and all yoga-levels are welcome.
PROGRAM
July 16th – Natasha B: Techno Yoga
The first Late Night Yoga of the year will be with techno music. Techno Yoga is designed to bring the body through the vibrations and sounds within the techno genre. It combines the movements of the body and the energy of the music. The high energy music helps to take our minds off and just relax into the sensations of the body. The music involves a variety of subgenres in techno music with tribal and ambient influences. The class style is a vinyasa class, meaning that there will be a flow to align the body, breath and the music.
July 23th – Lisbeth Moseholm: Cosmic yoga
This yoga event is beyond any yoga event you have ever tried. With unique music and graphics special for the occasion we will transform Absalon into The Outer Space and you are invited to come along on your yoga mat. It will be nothing less than a cosmic experience. Lisbeth will lead you through a smooth Strala Yoga flow. Strala Yoga is inspired by the wisdom of Tai Chi and Qigong and stands out from any other yoga form with its focus on the process of moving more than making a pose. You will be guided to connect with your breath and let it support your moves to the music.
July 30th - Lisbeth Moseholm: With Live Classic Guitar
Join us when we combine a velvet soft Strala Yoga flow guided by Lisbeth Moseholm (@moseholmyoga) with the smooth rhythms of classic guitar played by the young and
talented Ludvig Smidl (@ludvig_smidl). The waves of Spanish and South American guitar rhythms will support the waves of your breath and your moves to help you enter a complete flow state. Come as you are!
August 13th - Natasha B: Techno Yoga
