Programs offered for the Late Fall Sessions
1. SOAR Foundations: SOAR is great for middle school to high school athletes looking to build a solid foundation in strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Learn proper form and mechanics to train the correct way!
2. SOAR+: For athletes looking for more individualized or specific training towards a particular sport or skill (such as speed, strength, baseball, track, etc.). We can build programs that complement what athletes are already doing with their school programs or other workouts.
3. Coming in October: Performance Edge- Golf Performance!
Is it time to get your swing in shape this off-season? Let us help you unleash your true golfing potential! Our Performance Edge: Golf Performance session is great for amateur enthusiasts and seasoned players. Our cutting-edge strength and conditioning regimen is designed to enhance your golf game like never before.
Elevate your swing, improve endurance, and prevent injuries with expert guidance from our trainers. We are looking for adults or athletes who are ready to elevate their golf game by developing a more powerful swing to increase club speed by 2-5 MPH in 8-weeks.
4. Heavy Hitters: Powerlifting Training
Ready to level up your strength? Whether you're in high school, an adult, or anywhere in between, our powerlifting program is for you! Train to compete or simply get stronger in your squat, bench, and deadlift with expert guidance in a supportive environment. Join us today and discover your true potential—safely and effectively!
Late Fall Tentative Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Sessions:
-6-7 am: Adult Peak Performance, Performance Edge Golf, and SOAR+
-4-5:15 pm: Performance Edge Golf, Heavy Hitters Powerlifting, SOAR, and SOAR+
-5:30-6:45 pm: Performance Edge Golf, Heavy Hitters Powerlifting, SOAR, and SOAR+
**Other times and days available with enough interest. If interested in the powerlifting program, please reach out!
Tuesday and Thursday Sessions:
-4-5:15 pm: Performance Edge Golf, Heavy Hitters Powerlifting, SOAR, and SOAR+
