Latch & Chat: Infant Feeding Support & Postpartum Care Circle

Got questions about feeding your baby or healing after birth? You’re not alone. Whether you’re breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or still figuring it out—we’re here to help.

Join us for Latch + Chat, a free community drop-in where you can connect with a midwife/ lactation counselor (IBCLC) in a calm, baby-friendly space.

This gathering is a chance to:

• Ask your postpartum or newborn care questions
• Get hands-on help with latch, positioning, and pumping
• Talk through common feeding concerns like sore nipples, milk supply, bottle feeding, supplementing, and more
• Feel supported in your feeding journey—whatever that looks like for you

You can also learn from other parents, share what’s working, and build community.

Babies welcome. Partners and support people invited.
