Join us in bringing the Harker Heights Food, Wine & Brew Festival to life by volunteering your time and talents on October 18, 2025.
Volunteers help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for attendees while supporting our local community. Whether assisting with setup, checking in attendees, greeting guests, or helping with vendor parking, your contribution makes a difference.
Volunteer Orientation (required)
All festival volunteers are required to attend one of three orientation sessions. These orientations will cover important details about event logistics, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

at New Beginnings Church: 859 Copperhead Circle, Harker Heights
All volunteers who volunteer 4+ hours will receive two (2) General Admission Passes to the Festival.
