Instead of the hustle and bustle of staying on the Strip, we’ll be enjoying the beautiful Tahitian Village Resort & Spa. Relax in spacious suites with full kitchens/kitchenette, float the lazy river, lounge by the beach-entry pool, enjoy the resort’s tropical atmosphere, and take advantage of the complimentary shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip whenever you’d like.
This trip is designed to be the perfect balance of planned group activities and free time. Join us for as much or as little as you’d like!

Meet at Booze & Bites Poolside Bar
This will be a great opportunity to meet everyone, enjoy a bite, grab a drink, and get acquainted before our first evening together.
7:30 PM
🚌 Complimentary Shuttle to Excalibur
Spend the evening however you’d like!
Ideas include:
• Walk the Strip
• Bellagio Fountains
• New York-New York
• Shopping
• Dinner
• Casinos
• Shows
The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes, so everyone is free to return whenever they’d like. Shuttle times are 10:15 A.M. through 10:30 PM

Following the show, you’re welcome to continue enjoying the resort or spend the rest of the evening however you’d like. Don’t forget the shuttle runs until 1030.

📋 Reservation Information
✅ Check-In: 4:00 PM
✅ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
✅ Free covered parking is available in the resort parking structure for all guests.
✅ Reservations are non-refundable.
✅ The amount listed as “Due at Booking” is required to secure your room. Rooms are not guaranteed until they have been paid in full.
✅ The $132.21 due at check-in is a resort fee paid directly to the hotel and is already included in the total room price listed above.
✅ The resort also requires a $200 refundable security deposit at check-in. This deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided there is no damage to the room.
✅ The booking system accepts only one credit or debit card per room. If you are sharing a room, everyone in that room will need to decide in advance whose card will be used for the reservation and arrange reimbursement among yourselves.
✅ Room types are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the booking deadline.
✅ I will request that everyone in our group be assigned rooms as close together as possible. While the resort does its best to honor these requests, room locations and adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed.
