Info: Guests split into teams (Fettuccine, Gnocchi, Penne, or Italian city names). Each team gets a station, ingredient basket, and scorecard for teamwork, creativity, plating, and taste.Round 1: Bruschetta Bar Showdown (30 min)
Chef demos classic bruschetta. Teams create two versions: “Best Classic” and “Most Creative,” name them, plate for judging, then everyone samples and votes.Round 2: Individual Tiramisu Throwdown (20 min)
Chef demos layering and texture. Guests build and decorate tiramisu cups for “Most Appealing”; cups are labeled and chilled while pasta games begin.Round 3: Triple Pasta Team Challenge (60 min)
Chef prepares signature sauces (bright marinara, silky Alfredo, herb-packed pesto) for tasting. Teams make fresh penne, gnocchi, and fettuccine, pairing each with sauces for the final tasting and awards.
