Tasmania's pioneering whisky makers, LARK Distillery, are partnering with Synthesis to bring the spirit of the island to Singapore. Inspired by Tasmania's dramatic landscapes, the experience sees Chef Ezekiel Tan reinterpret the elements of Fire and Storm through two Modern Asian creations, each thoughtfully paired with award-winning LARK expressions to showcase the whiskies beyond the glass.

Running from 27 July to 26 August for lunch (1130AM onwards) and dinner (4PM onwards), both dishes are available individually or with complimentary LARK pairing from only $108++:

Fire – Seared Codfish with burnt mandarin sambal ($42++), paired with the refreshing LARK Fire Trail Highball ($15++).
Storm – Grilled Fermented Beancurd Lamb Loin ($44++), paired with LARK Devil's Storm whisky ($18++).
