Join us for an illuminating journey through the flavors of award-winning, local Tasmanian distillery Lark's Signature Collection single malt whisky range, hosted by industry giant and Lark Brand Ambassador Josh Varna.

This event starts off with a Lark whisky highball and will include a taste of four exclusive Lark whiskies from their Signature Collection range paired with a smorgasbord of pub-inspired bites to share, before ending with a whisky liqueur. We'll explore the character of each whisky and learn how to identify and describe complex flavors in this unique sensory experience.

Included in your ticket price is a cocktail on arrival, four whisky samples, a whisky liqueur and food to share.
