Largo Cleanup at Southwest Recreation Complex

Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to kick off the 2026 Great American Cleanup (GAC), taking place from March 1st through June 30th across Pinellas County. The Keep America Beautiful Great American Cleanup® is the nation’s largest community improvement initiative, uniting thousands of communities in service each year. From individuals and families to students, civic groups, businesses, and government partners, our volunteers share a common goal: protecting and enhancing the environmental health of the place we call home.

Join the City of Largo in partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful for a community cleanup on Saturday, June 27th. Volunteers will assist with a neighborhood cleanup around the Southwest Recreation Complex. This event is free and open to all ages. We can't wait to see you there!

Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 need to be signed in by a parent or guardian. Volunteers under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.

WHERE TO MEET: Please meet at Southwest Recreation Complex - 13120 Vonn Rd, Largo, FL 33774

TIME: Cleanup will begin at 8:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing.

WHAT TO EXPECT: All cleanup supplies and safety equipment will be provided by Keep Pinellas Beautiful. A water refill station will be available. Please bring a reusable water bottle. Restrooms are available onsite.

PARKING: Parking is available at the Southwest Recreation Complex.
