Join Us for LapLdn - SportsDay!
LapLdn is London's ultimate run-club showdown, bringing together runners, athletes, and fitness communities for an afternoon of speed, endurance, competition, and culture.
Represent your run club, compete for bragging rights, and test yourself across a range of track events designed for every type of runner. Whether you're a sprinter, middle-distance athlete, or simply looking for a challenge, LapLdn creates an atmosphere where community meets competition.
Lloyd Cowan Bursary: was set up in memory of Lloyd Cowan MBE to support young athletes aged 16-23 and help coaches develop their potential in athletics. Lloyd believed talent should never be held back by lack of opportunity, and the bursary continues that legacy by empowering the next generation. We are also proud to support the Sophie Hahn Para Fund, helping create more opportunities for para athletes.
The proceeds from partipants will be donated to the LLoyd Cowan Bursary!

- ELIMINATOR DISTANCE 5K RACE - CHALLENGE RACE
- 4x100 Relay (Mixed, & Womens, Mens)
A challenge race raffle entry is included in every ‘PARTICIPANT’ ticket and will be drawn live on the day of the event.
For Relay events, only one person per team should enter to avoid duplication.
Team Competition:
Run clubs will go head-to-head throughout the day, earning points across events in pursuit of the LapLdn crown. Clubs can enter teams across multiple disciplines, making this a true test of speed, endurance, teamwork, and strategy.

Event Details:
Participant Arrival: 10:30 AM
First Race: 12:00 PM
Final Event: 4:00 PM
Event Close: 4:30 PM
Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid missing your race, as we cannot gurantee re-allocation.

BEAT THE PRO CHASER SPRINT
Info: Participants will compete against a professional Olympic-level athlete. The athlete will begin behind the participants providing them with a head start.
🕑: 03:00 PM - 04:00 PM
ELIMINATOR DISTANCE 5K RACE
Info: This is a race of tactics, after the first lap, the person who is positioned in last place as the runners will be eliminated from the race. The race will continue until there are two runners left competing for a sprint finish.
