The Lansing Free Yoga Project is proud to bring another Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience to Lansing!
As the moon shines bright relax in the bowl at the Fish Ladder Music Park while waves of sound from crystal bowls wash over you. Immersive audio, concert lighting, projection, and supplemental audio tracks will all combine to make this a truly memorable and relaxing experience!
A limited number of mats will be provided if needed, but feel free to bring pillows, mats, blankets, and whatever else might make you comfortable so you can settle in and find your inner peace.
Arrive at 8:30 so you can find your perfect spot! The experience will begin at 9:00 PM and last approximately 1 hour. Once again Matt from the Crystal Connection will be providing sonic inspiration.
